Who Am AI ("we", "our", "the app") is a multiplayer party game developed by Site2U. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Photos

When you play a game, you take or select a photo (selfie). This photo is:

• Uploaded to Firebase Cloud Storage for the duration of the game
• Sent to OpenAI's API for AI-powered image transformation
• Shared with other players in the same game session

Anonymous Authentication

We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to identify your device. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. A random anonymous ID is assigned to your device.

Player Name

You enter a display name when joining a game. This name is only visible to other players in the same game session and is not permanently stored.

Purchase Data

In-app purchase records are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We store your credit balance locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not have access to your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

• Photos are used solely to generate AI-transformed images for the game
• Anonymous IDs are used to manage game sessions
• No data is used for advertising or marketing
• No data is sold to third parties

Third-Party Services

• Apple - In-app purchases and app distribution

Data Retention

Game data (including photos and transformed images) is stored in Firebase for the duration of the game session. We do not permanently archive your photos.

Children's Privacy

The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app uses anonymous authentication and does not require account creation.

Your Rights

You can:

• Delete local app data by uninstalling the app
• Request deletion of your data by contacting us
